The owner of The SUP Store Saviour owns the 14' X 27" Starboard, Sprint airline. "this is the most efficient inflatable race/touring board on the market, hardly no flex and glides all day long, I am 5'8 & 78kg and i chose this width as I was doing a long event on the board and i just wanted to be nice and stable, i also paired it with a small river fin as the River TRENT is known for its shallow water sections " Saviour paddled this board on the TRENT 100 event in the UK in 2023 and his BAY SUP team came 2nd to another BAY SUP team.
With a narrow nose to cut through the water surface, the center of balance sits behind the middle of the board providing great acceleration.

• The Welded Rail Technology creates a complete airtight, mechanically bonded seam without the risk of glue weakening over time. This makes Starboard inflatable paddle boards stronger and longer lasting.
• The patented Airline Technology utilises a pre-set free-floating cable. It is attached to the nose, goes under the bottom and ends at the fin box. The preset cable is slightly shorter than the board so, when the board inflates, the cable comes under tension and stiffens the board significantly. We measured 1.8 cm less hull deflection in testing and World Champion Connor Baxter swears by it.
