The Starboard 9ft 8 x 30ins Blend Element Lite Tech is a shorter but very stable paddle board for riders seeking more progressive surfing in all wave conditions. A new feature for 2020 is the side fin boxes have been brought closer to the rails of the board, this allows for quicker response in turns. A small change but a big improvement.
The Blend Element's flat rocker line is curved up to the nose making it exceptional at punching out and over the waves and giving you that added performance when general wave riding. The bottom of the Blend Element features a mono to double concave leading to the New for 2020 Channel Tail, helping to generate, keep your speed and hold it during manoeuvres.
Starboard's Lite Tech doesn't sacrifice performance for affordability, with extra rigidity with stringer bands and added rail and nose reinforcements. Australian pine is used in the standing area to increase rigidity and for extra impact resistance.
